We meet every other Wednesday (usually 1st & 3rd) from 3:10-4:00 in F104. Our goal is ultimately to make LHS a better place by spreading the message of acceptance of all students, regardless of background, race, religion, or lifestyle/world view. We have created a mission statement and a motto, which I can forward on if you think it would be a good idea to include them on the website. To date, we have raised and contributed well over $1000 to causes like pediatric cancer, homeless teens and other causes. We are currently raising money to donate to Jason Ritter's cancer fund as well as the cancer fund for Trisha Felder, the mom of Tamara & Amanda Biggs. We have regularly participated in diversity conferences and sensitivity awareness workshops. In addition, we sponsored Eric Cahn, a Hol ocaust speaker, last year in an assembly for sophomores.
